What happens when I run out of credits?
If your credits run out, the action pauses and you can upgrade your cadence or buy a top-up pack. Nothing is lost — your draft stays exactly where it is. Premium users can buy additional credit packs any time (from $9 / 100 credits).
Do credits roll over if I don’t use them?
Monthly credits reset each billing cycle. Top-up pack credits never expire — they sit in your balance until you use them.
How do refund requests work?
We do not offer voluntary change-of-mind refunds. If a paid feature does not work as described, contact [email protected]. We will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy. Your statutory rights still apply.
Can I switch from Weekly or Monthly to 3 Months?
Open Settings → Billing to review available plan changes. If the option you need is not shown, contact [email protected] before buying another plan.
How does cancellation work?
Open Settings → Billing → Manage to access the billing portal and cancel. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, subject to applicable consumer rights.
Is my payment secure?
All payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. You can manage payment methods directly from Settings → Billing.
Do you offer team or enterprise plans?
